Community Health Worker Trainings
A CHW is a trusted member of the community being served and acts as an intermediary between individuals, families, their community and basic health and social services. CHWs work to enhance health, increase access, and foster healthy outcomes, and they are capable of providing preventative, promotional, and rehabilitative care to their community.

Avery Health — Education and Consulting was started in December 2018 to offer health and equity consulting services and programming for businesses, churches, and other organizations. In addition, Avery HEC partners with a team of experts in housing, job development, and finance.
